Thank you for choosing HandyClaw! We hope you are satisfied with your service. If you are not, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Refund Request Period
- Subscription refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase
- Credit top-up packages can be refunded within 7 days if unused
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Subscriptions: Refunds are available if your instance has seen minimal usage
- Credits: Credits must be unused to qualify for a refund
- Refund requests should be sent via email to support@handyclaw.ai
- Please provide your email address, order ID, and the reason for the refund
- Bonus credits from promotions are not eligible for refunds
3. Refund Processing
- Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal refunds typically process within 1–3 business days
- Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in USD equivalent
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have been consumed through API usage
- Subscription fees after the 14-day period (your instance will remain active until the end of the billing cycle after cancellation)
- Purchases made more than 6 months ago
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- After cancellation, your Claw instance remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
